Iam extremely disappointed with and their billing practices. I was charged a late fee for a payment, despite the fact that I have NEVER been late on a single payment since I became a customer.
My payment history is perfect and I always pay on time, so this charge is completely unjustified.
When I contacted customer service about this error, I expected it to be corrected immediately, but instead I was given the runaround. It's frustrating to be a loyal, responsible customer who does everything right, only to be penalized with a bogus fee.
This kind of practice feels dishonest and makes me question whether I want to continue doing business here. I would not recommend them until they fix their billing system and start treating on-time customers with respect.

Dispute/ money back
I ordered a wig from Sezzle on the 19th from Megalook and still haven't received it. The bank has already given me back my money, but you guys still have scheduled payments coming out. Please stop it and cancel my whole order.

It keeps saying I missed the payment, so I keep sending the payment, and then every time I try to buy something, it keeps saying again I missed a payment, but it's coming out of my account. I didn't pay this over.

- - Fraud: $276 Sezzle payment split into 4–5 installments.
- - Additional fraud: $692 for headers; no receipt; charges on bank/card.
Earlier today, I mistakenly corroborated a $276 Sezzle payment. Sezzle bills in installments: four or five payments.
For $276, we have to multiply that by 4 or 5, then divide to get the $276 again. English was my subject! The above means a purchase in excess of $1000. I’ve not made such a purchase ever; I believe it is in excess of $1000.
The charge is a fraud. My bank account and/or card has been hacked. There are others. A fake $692 plus charge for job headers.
Exhaust headers for my 2000 Ranger. I got a receipt for the purchase. Checked note haystack.com. No such record of Java header purchase.
Then about $240 to $287 for an eBay Innova scan tool.
The site has no record of my online Innova scan tool expenditure. A third fraud.

I need to unlock my sezzle wallet
I am waiting for Sezzle to contact me, which they have not done yet. I use my Sezzle account to make key purchases. Not having access to my Sezzle account makes needed purchases more difficult.

Took my grocery money
- - I set aside $163 for groceries; SEZZLE kept all but $35.
- - I had $24 left in my checking.
- - I will pay what I owe, but I won't use SEZZLE again.
DO NOT USE SEZZLE. THEY ARE GREEDY.
I know that I owed SEZZLE money, but for this company to STOOP to this level of degradation is SPEECHLESS. I have been STRUGGLING financially for over two years now and have had some very unfortunate financial experiences.
I purposely set aside $163 for groceries and SEZZLE took all but $35 dollars . How am I going to put food on my table with $35 dollars? I will pay SEZZLE what I owe them and I will NEVER, EVER, EVER do business with them again.
*** also took money from my checking account as well, leaving me $24 dollars. What type of groceries can you buy with $49 dollars???
